Floor hatches models (APF-U,APF-S) are customised and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our customer support team will send you a further e-mail or call you with the refund process rules.

When your customer can expect a refund:
If purchased within 30 days, Tile LevelIing System will refund the purchase price of the products to your credit card. customers shall expect to receive their refund within 3-5 days.

with return reasons, Our customer care will review if your return request is valid or not according to our return policy,
If your request is valid, our customer care will contact you by email, and the delivery man will contact you to receive the returned product from your home we shall exchange the products according to your product's order details on further delivery process time.
